ENGAGEMENT MODEL / 03

Managed capacity

An agreed engineering capability with DEVTECHSYS coordinating the team, delivery process, and reporting. You set priorities and review the results.

CLEAR RESPONSIBILITIES

A shared plan.
Defined ownership.

Reserved capacity is not an unlimited scope or a guarantee of a fixed number of features.

YOU LEAD

Keep the decisions that matter.

Business priorities, decisions, dependencies, and acceptance criteria.

WE COORDINATE

Bring the right support.

Capacity planning, day-to-day coordination, quality checks, and agreed performance reporting.

The proposal defines the division of responsibilities, access requirements, reporting, and acceptance process for your engagement.

FIND YOUR FIT

Four ways to work together.

The difference is how the work is organized, not the size of your business.

A LITTLE MORE CLARITY

Your questions, answered.

How is this different from a dedicated team?
The emphasis is on delegated delivery management and an agreed level of capacity. A dedicated team emphasizes continuity of people around a product; the exact division of responsibilities must be defined for either model.
Does this include a service-level agreement?
Where appropriate, service levels can be agreed for measurable commitments such as response times. Measures, exclusions, reporting, and any remedies must be explicitly defined in the agreement.
Does a monthly budget mean fixed scope?
No. Capacity, scope, and outcomes are different commitments. We agree how priorities, dependencies, and changes affect the work that can be delivered.
What should we share in the first conversation?
Tell us about your goals, current team, technical environment, approximate scope, and any deadlines or constraints. We use that context to explore the right setup and next steps.
